Town Aventura is a 285-unit, four-building waterfront garden apartment community built in 1991, previously known as Arium Aventura and, before that, Lincoln Pointe. Related Group and 13th Floor Investments bought the property in January 2025 for $82.5 million and have filed plans to eventually redevelop the site into two 31-story condo towers; the current rental community continues to operate in the meantime. Residents appreciate helpful leasing staff and the marina setting. Recurring concerns involve security gates, amenity upkeep, pet waste, package theft and charges beyond advertised rent.
