About

Finding an apartment is about more than the unit. The building, management and neighborhood all shape what it’s like to live there.

ApartmentBuildings.Miami helps you compare rental buildings and condos across Miami. We bring together resident reviews, available apartments, amenities, costs and neighborhood information in one place.

Our research draws on building websites, rental listings, resident reviews and public records, helping you narrow your search and decide which buildings to visit.

Apartment listings tend to focus on the positives. We aim to give you a fuller picture, including resident complaints and drawbacks worth considering.

This is an independent, non-commercial project. We don’t make money from the site or accept payments or sponsorships.
