Each tower has its own 24-hour concierge and security, fitness center, and pool, plus covered, access-controlled garage parking with 24-hour valet service. The North Tower's fitness center has a sauna, steam room and yoga room, and its pool has a hot tub. The South Tower has its own multi-level fitness center and a rooftop pool and sun deck. Both towers share a riverfront promenade and central plaza between them. Every apartment has air conditioning, an in-unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher; there is no dedicated resident storage or bike room in either tower.
